She was also extremely flexible when we needed to change our rentals last minute! On the wedding day, the set up was better than I could have imagined. From the ceremony site, to the tent and table settings, to the dance floor with cafe lights everything was perfect! The rentals were in excellent condition and everything was so beautiful! I would recommend them with highest marks to anyone looking for wedding rentals!!"

"We used Pacific Party Rentals for our wedding and they were great. The set up crew arrived right on time...so on time that our coordinator wasn't there yet so the crew got started based on the diagram I had emailed previously. They did an amazing job! They strung lights in the pavilion and on poles out over the lawn and it was beautiful. The crew also arrived on time to break down and did so quickly. All the equipment looked great, nothing was old or held together by duct tape and everyone was very professional.

Leading up to the event, Sheryl was incredibly responsive and made our necessary changes leading up to the day before the wedding.

They made it so that I did not have to worry about a thing and that was super important for a bride with several vendors!"

"The folks at PPR were so helpful with pulling off a great wedding! My wedding coordinator, Alicia (Milestone Events Hawaii), has a great relationship with the folks here and it made everything go so easily and made me stress free. We rented a fairly large tent and just about everything else you need for a wedding, from chairs to glassware. They also were very helpful in dealing with our other vendors. They picked up some hay bales from a farm supply store for us on there way out to setup the event and they did it for free! Now that's good customer service. It didn't hurt to have Alicia on our side either.

The only hiccups were they didn't setup the correct lighting fixtures we had rented from them. They were close, but the wrong color. It wasn't a big deal for me. They also accidentally broke a water main while backing their truck onto the venue. Luckily nothing flooded but someone had to come out and get the water running. It turned out okay but wasn't resolved until about 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Overall these folks do a great job and they are very organized. I would definitely use them again if I was planning a big event!"

Sheryl at Pacific Party Rentals was the most upbeat, positive, and helpful person I dealt with the entire wedding. She was always available to help me, even when I was begging her to figure out a way to fit 105 people under a smaller tent! She went above and beyond to help keep my costs low. She even called me back, after I had already paid off the balance, to tell me she could switch some of her events around, get me a smaller tent, and save me $300! Her hard work and attention to my needs was a true blessing.

The set up was quick and the rentals were beautiful. They were there on time to deliver and break down, and one of the delivery men even offered to take some trash to the dumpster for me. This company has the best prices (I was on a budget so I shopped around) and HANDS DOWN, the absolute BEST service. I am so glad I used Pacific Party Rentals!"
