Pacific Party Rentals LLC is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. Our staff is also available to visit your site to measure for large party or tent installations. Please contact us to make an appointment for a site inspection or consultation.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% of your initial balance is due to secure your rental items for the date requested. Payments can be made via credit card, cash, or check. Pacific Party Rentals LLC requires a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB or Diners Club International) to reserve any items to rent; Pacific Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to future uses of the credit card provided to cover late fees, and shortages or damages to rental equipment.

Pacific Party Rentals reserves the right to future use of credit card provided to cover late fees, shortage and damages.
You have two options. You can come to our warehouse to pick up the items, or you can pay for delivery service. Deliveries are made on a geographic basis according to our truck schedule. This service is based on ground level or loading dock areas. If deliveries involve additional considerations (e.g., rough terrain, stairs, walking great distances, etc.), arrangements must be established in advance and may be subjected to additional charges. It is recommended for customers to be present at the site during delivery.
Although there are no additional charges (i.e., your remaining balance will not be charged) for cancellations made ten days prior to the delivery or customer pick up, please keep in mind that the 50% deposit will remain non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be made due to weather conditions since items are unavailable to be rented to other customers. To ensure availability of requested rentals all changes to rental items need to be finalized two weeks prior to your event date. Any changes to rental items made within two weeks of your event will incur additional fees, as well as there being no guarantee on the items’ availability.
The customer is responsible for counting all items before accepting and signing their rental contract. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the customer, as all rental items are the sole responsibility of the customer until returned or picked by Pacific Party Rentals LLC. Items should be stored in a secured area, protected from the elements. Pacific Party Rentals LLC will contact you regarding the replacement cost of items rented. We will assess a repair fee for any damaged items that we deem repairable.
